About this Privacy Policy
VIDHIGURU is a legal technology platform operated by Mahalaxmi Tech Solutions. This Privacy Policy applies when you access or use our website, account features, AI-assisted legal tools, chat services, and connected storage features.
By using the service, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not replace any additional notice presented to you when a particular feature is used.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, profile image, login provider, and account identifiers.
- Profile information: mobile number, date of birth, profession, and other details you choose to provide.
- Service content: questions, prompts, instructions, chat messages, uploaded documents, and other content submitted to the service.
- Technical information: browser type, device information, IP address, session information, timestamps, security events, and diagnostic logs.

Please do not submit information that is unnecessary for your request, particularly confidential, privileged, or highly sensitive personal information.
Google user data and Google Drive
When you choose to connect Google Drive, you are redirected to Google to review and approve the requested access. VIDHIGURU does not receive your Google password.
Subject to the permissions you approve, the service may access the following Google user data:
- Your Google account email address.
- Google account information required to identify the connected account.
- Files and folders created or managed through VIDHIGURU, including files used to store chat history.
- File identifiers and metadata required to locate, retrieve, update, organize, or delete VIDHIGURU-created Drive content.
Google user data is used only to provide connected Google Drive functionality, maintain your saved chat history, verify the connection, organize application-created content, and troubleshoot connection errors.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to create advertising profiles.
We do not access unrelated files in your Google Drive unless you separately select or authorize such access through a supported feature.
Access to Google user data is limited to the service, authorized infrastructure providers acting on our behalf, and personnel who require access for security, support, or service operations.
You may disconnect Google Drive through the available account settings or revoke access from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting access does not automatically delete files already stored in your Google Drive.
