VIDHIGURU provides technology-assisted tools that may help users draft documents, summarize materials, organize information, perform preliminary legal research, review content, and interact with AI-assisted legal agents.

Features, supported jurisdictions, languages, models, integrations, and usage limits may change over time. Certain features may be experimental or offered as an early-access service.

Use of the service does not create an advocate-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Mahalaxmi Tech Solutions.

You are responsible for consulting a qualified legal professional before making legal decisions, filing documents, communicating with another party, or relying on any output.

Do not rely on the service for emergencies, urgent filing deadlines, limitation periods, court appearances, criminal matters, or situations where delay may cause material harm.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account information.

• Keep passwords and authentication methods confidential.
• Do not provide account access to unauthorized persons.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident.
• Maintain current contact and profile information.

We may request additional verification or restrict access where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a security risk.

• Bypass authentication, rate limits, usage limits, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or exploit the service except where expressly permitted.
• Generate fraudulent documents, false evidence, impersonation material, unlawful threats, or deceptive communications.
• Infringe intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the service.

You retain ownership of content submitted by you, subject to any rights held by third parties.

You grant us a limited right to host, transmit, process, reproduce, format, and use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and support the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content and permit its processing.

You are responsible for reviewing content before uploading it, particularly where it contains confidential, privileged, personal, or third-party information.

Do not submit original evidence, irreplaceable records, or the only copy of an important document.

Certain features require you to connect Google Drive. When connecting, you will be redirected to Google to review and approve the requested permissions.

The integration may create, retrieve, update, organize, or delete VIDHIGURU-related files in accordance with actions available through the service and permissions granted by you.

You remain responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and managing files stored in Google Drive. You may revoke access through your Google Account settings.

Google Drive functionality depends partly on services provided by Google and may be affected by outages, account restrictions, permission changes, or third-party policy changes.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your facts, jurisdiction, or intended use.

Laws, judgments, rules, procedures, citations, forms, government requirements, and court practices may change. The service may not reflect the latest legal position.

You agree to independently verify:

• Legal citations, cases, provisions, and quotations.
• Court names, jurisdiction, procedure, and filing requirements.
• Dates, limitation periods, deadlines, fees, and monetary figures.
• Names, addresses, parties, facts, and document language.
• Whether output is suitable for your matter and intended use.

You are solely responsible for the final review, editing, approval, filing, delivery, or use of any output.

The service, including its software, interface, branding, design, documentation, databases, and original platform content, is owned by or licensed to Mahalaxmi Tech Solutions.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or our intellectual property to you.

You may use generated output for lawful purposes, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, professional obligations, and feature-specific restrictions.

We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.

We do not guarantee that every feature will be continuously available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Maintenance, third-party failures, internet issues, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect service availability.

You should maintain independent copies of important documents and information.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that:

• You violated these Terms or applicable law.
• Your use creates a security, legal, regulatory, or operational risk.
• Your account is involved in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
• Suspension is required by law or a third-party service provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mahalaxmi Tech Solutions and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes loss of profits, business, data, goodwill, opportunity, legal rights, or costs arising from missed deadlines, inaccurate output, unauthorized account access, third-party services, or reliance on the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mahalaxmi Tech Solutions and its representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Content submitted through your account.
• Your violation of another person’s rights.
• Your use, filing, publication, or distribution of output.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

Subject to applicable mandatory law, courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Mahalaxmi Tech Solutions will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, security practices, or business operations.

Material changes may be communicated through the service, by email, or through another appropriate method.

Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
